Return Policy

The client has a 7-day inspection period for a money back guarantee. Exchanges are gladly made within 14 days, except on special orders and altered items. A refund or exchange will only be possible if the item was not used, worn or altered from its original condition in any way. Refunds on all items exclude deposits. We offer free lifetime cleaning.

Custom Guarantee

We promise that you will love your custom jewelry or tell us within 7 days of completion and we will alter for free! The only charge will be for the difference in price if the new design has a higher cost than the original.

Returns & Exchanges on Non-Custom Pieces and Stones

Non-custom, unaltered merchandise is returnable for refund up to 14 days after purchase. The item(s) must be in original condition.

Stone return policy

For stock stones that remain intact and acquire no damage from the time of their purchase, there is a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Stone Loss Warranty

Should your stone fall out of your ring, we will pay the insurance deductible up to $500.00 as long as the piece is insured under a homeowners, renters or individual jewelry insurance policy. You must have jewelry insured. You must have your stone checked by us for tightness and wear, at least once every 6 months. You must also have any needed maintenance done at that time. You will be responsible for re-tipping and metal build-up after the first year. We will tighten any stone set by us at no charge for the life of the ring. We warranty all of our workmanship and will repair any defect caused by us at no charge indefinitely. We will not, however, be responsible for any amount, in any case, unless the mounting has been inspected and signed off in the last 6 months and the warranty form has been filled out. We do not pay for shipping of items to be checked and worked on. This fee is to be taken care of by the owner of the jewelry. If you miss an inspection, the warranty will be reinstated after the next inspection.

We will approve your warranty if the mounting and stones are in good shape, or after any needed repairs are done. If you have work done elsewhere, and it is not done correctly, we will not be liable for stone loss.

With your complimentary Lifetime Six-Point Inspection Promise, your ring will stay as beautiful as the first day you slipped it on your finger. While some repair charges may apply due to normal wear, we are proud to offer the following services absolutely free of charge:

Six-Point Inspection

  2. Prongs checked for thinning
  3. Stones checked for tightness
  4. Prongs checked for alignment
  5. Shank checked for thinning
  6. Band checked for roundness

Diamond Warranty Promise

  • Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection for Life – It is our pleasure to clean and inspect your diamond every time you visit Diamonds Forever.
  • Trade Up – Trade in your center diamond of ¼ carat or larger, purchased at Diamonds Forever and you will receive the full purchase price toward another diamond of at least twice the original purchase price. All you’ll need is your original receipt to verify the purchase price.
