Thank you for your inquiry regarding an evaluation of your jewelry In order for us to properly communicate and assess the service needs of your jewelry, please include the following:

  • Describe the service you require and any current issues with your jewelry – be as detailed as possible.
  • Provide your Name, Address, Daytime Phone and Fax Numbers, Etc.
  • Indicate how long you have owned the jewelry and when the last service was performed.
  • For warranty consideration, please include original warranty and bill of sale.

Communication of our evaluation and findings may take several days from receipt of your jewelry piece. We are unable to quote prices or to provide you with any service information without first examining the jewelry.

Guidelines for Shipping:

Please note: If you choose a carrier other than the United States Postal Service, we recommend that you check the insurance coverage. Most other carriers only insure up to $500.00.

  • Wrap the watch securely in a small, strong, cardboard box sealed with brown paper packaging tape. (Please do not use clear or plastic tape as Package will be refused.) In addition, do not reuse any old packaging that may have cuts in the cardboard, etc. as we will refuse any package that has the appearance of tampering.
  • For security reasons, do not use the words “Diamonds, Gold, Rolex, etc” on your package – see proper addresses listed below.
  • We strongly recommend using the United States Postal Service – REGISTERED MAIL (For confirmation of delivery you can also designate RETURN RECIEPT).
  • Declare the current retail value of the jewelry.
  • Do NOT send us the jewelry presentation case that came with your original purchase.
