Before any work begins, we do a complete evaluation to figure out exactly what's needed. From there, we walk you through the suggested work and the timeline so you know what's being done and why. Everything is documented and photographed as it comes in and tracked through each step on the bench, done by the same team that builds our custom pieces. You'll know exactly what work will be done, so there's no second-guessing or surprise charges. No pressure, just honest help. When it's done, it comes back to you cleaned, checked, and ready to wear.

Rings take more daily wear than almost any other piece of jewelry, they hit countertops, car doors, and thousand of other things. Over time that shows up as thinning bands, worn-down prongs, or stones that have shifted enough to catch on things. It doesn't mean that the ring is falling apart, just that it needs a little love and care.
Necklace/Chain Repairs
Necklaces and chains are often the jewelry we never take off ,which means constant motion and everyday wear catch up with them faster than other pieces. That makes regular inspection worth it, especially if a chain has kinked; catching it early prevents a small weak point from turning into a full break. If something feels off about your favorite necklace, bring it in and we'll make sure everything's holding up the way it should.

We have a small confession to make: even though we know we should remove our earrings every night, sometimes we sleep with them on. If you're like us, bring your earrings in to get inspected so that we can make sure your beloved earrings are always solid and secure.
Frequently asked questions
Do you send my jewelry out?
The majority of our repairs are performed in our in-house workshop, but a few highly specialized repairs may be performed by our trusted partners in the San Diego area.
What type/quality of materials do you use?
For metal repairs, we match to the original metal type (14K, 18K, Platinum, Etc.). For stones, we do our best to match the cut, color and clarity of your stones.
What is your take-in process?
All jewelry is fully described and noted on your receipt before you leave. All jewelry is photographed before the repair begins.
how long do repairs take?
For simple repairs, we like to have ten days so we have enough time to do our quality control. We may need more time for more extensive repairs but we will always let you know beforehand.
Is your work warrantied?
Our repairs are warrantied for craftsmanship for one year. Our warranty does not include accidents that may occur. We highly recommend also having jewelry insurance in case of accidents, theft, or loss.
How much will my repair cost?
Each repair is different so the cost will depend on the piece, the metal, and what repairs are needed. We will give you a clear quote before any work is started.
