Of course! We love working with family stones. Since most of our rings are made-to-order, we can make most rings around your center stone.

The process takes approximately 6-8 weeks, depending on the level of customization and detail. Some projects may require extra time. In some cases expedited services can be offered.

Diamond’s Forever’s warranty covers our craftsmanship and workmanship. We ask that client’s bring in their jewelry every six months for a free clean and check to stay in warranty. If we find any stones that are loose, we will tighten them free of charge.

We highly recommend our client’s insure their jewelry. Losing a treasured piece of jewelry can be hard enough. Having to pay to replace it is even harder.

There are lots of options available. Our client’s have received great service from Jeweler’s Mutual insurance. Whoever you insure with, make sure they have a loss clause ~ most jewelry is lost versus stolen.

A jewelry appraisal provides a detailed description and valuation of an item. This document is what a client uses to insure their ring. It ensures the replacement will be of similar quality and value if a loss were ever to occur.

A diamond certificate is not the same thing as an appraisal. An appraisal establishes the current value of a piece of jewelry. A GIA diamond certificate only grades the characteristics of a loose diamond. It describes the clarity, color, cut, and carat weight of the stone. It does not provide a value. A diamond certification cannot solely be used to insure your ring.

For this reason, our appraisals include many views of each item. The quality, size, and carat of the stones.

Keeping your ring clean at home is as simple as using a soft bristle toothbrush and warm soapy water (Dawn or other degreasing soaps works best). Dry with a clean towel or if you’re extra fancy, quickly use a blowdryer to reduce water spots.

Natural and lab grown diamonds are both diamonds in every way! One is grown in the earth and one in a laboratory, but they are chemically, physically, and optically the exact same thing.
